In dietary terms, carbohydrates can be considered as starches and sugars. Starches are typically found
in bread and pasta while foods like jam, candy, and sweets will typically contain sugar. Although there
have been several attempts to further classify carbohydrates into simple and complex, there is still
ongoing debate about these categories even after many years. Some nutritionists use the term “simple
carbohydrate” to refer to sugars while anything else is labelled as a complex carbohydrate. In recent
years, the effects of carbohydrates on the human diet have come under intense media scrutiny. In the
late 1990s, the “Atkins Diet” became incredibly popular among people attempting to lose weight. It was
based on sharply reducing carbohydrate intake. Suddenly, foods like bread, cereals, and candy were
off-limits to dieters. As the fad spread throughout North America and more people adopted the diet,
nutritionists began to raise concerns about the effectiveness and safety of this sort of diet. When
carbohydrates enter the body, this causes the pancreas to produce insulin, which in turn regulates how
the body stores or uses energy. In a person who reduces their intake of carbohydrates, the pancreas
makes less insulin. As a result, the body is forced to look elsewhere for energy. It starts to produce an
organic compound known as ketones, which are used as an energy source. For this reason, many lowcarb diets are also known as ketogenic diets. There is some debate in the scientic community whether
or not this change in the body is safe. Some doctors have argued that people in different cultures have
followed a ketogenic diet for centuries without any problems. Currently, some physicians are
encouraging their patients to adopt a low-carb diet not only to lose weight but to curb the onset of
diseases. For example, one of the benets of a low-carb diet is that it helps to reduce the amount of
processed sugar in the blood and therefore signicantly reduce insulin production, which helps to
prevent diabetes. Very recently, scientists have found that a ketogenic diet causes the brain to
produce a kind of protein, which helps to mitigate the onset of epileptic seizures in people who suffer
from epilepsy. Some studies have also shown that a low-carbohydrate diet is at least as effective as
other weight loss methods at combatting obesity. As a result, many doctors have recommended this
kind of diet to their patients along with careful observation and counseling to ensure their health and
safety.

Every year for many years the people of Milpa Alta, Mexico, have prepared a feast in the week before
Christmas. Sixty thousand tamales and 15,000 litres of hot chocolate are made in less than a week, not
too much and not too little for the thousands of people who show up for the feast. The feast is
called La Rejunta and is made for pilgrims preparing for the long walk to the holy cave of El Señor de
Chalma on January 3rd. The people responsible for organising La Rejunta are called the majordomos.
It’s an honour to be chosen and so many people want to do it that the waiting list is full until 2046. The
stages in the organisation of La Rejunta are the same every year. Tradition is important to the Milpa Alta
people. Corn has been grown here for hundreds of years and the name of the region means ‘high
corneld’. Local farmers grow most of the corn, meat, and vegetables needed as ingredients for the
meal. And a year before the event, the men go to the forest and collect wood that they pile up high
near the home of the majordomo so that it will be properly dried before it’s used for open-air cooking.
This year’s majordomos are Virginia Meza Torres and her husband Fermín Lara Jiménez. ‘There is an
innity of things to do,’ Virginia Meza Torres says rmly, as if to indicate there is no time to talk. Virginia is
heading to the local ofces to get the necessary permits and Fermín sets off into the countryside in
search of more ingredients. They leave their daughter Montserrat Lara Meza in charge. She is a 24-
year-old graduate student who’s come home to help her parents for the week. Volunteers are starting
to arrive and Montserrat wanders down the hill to a shed to see how the toasting of the corn is going.
Everything is made from the basics – no instant mixes or other culinary shortcuts are allowed. Such
traditional approaches are part of everyday life here. Eating together is perhaps the most important
example. ‘In my experience, there is a glue, a bonding, that comes from the time together at the table,’
says Josena García Jiménez. She often cooks for her nieces and nephews and says, ‘It feels like I am
passing down a tradition, and when it comes to their turn to be adults, they will remember what I have
done. Here we have time to cook, time to think just what ingredients are needed, time to show our kids
through cooking that we love them.’ When the day of La Rejunta arrives, the volunteers have been up all
night, though no one admits to feeling tired. Fermin has made sure there are enough tamales for
everyone, and the head cook has been stirring the atole (chocolate drink) all night. After a 14- year wait,
and a full year of preparation, it’s almost time for Fermin and Virginia to hand over responsibility to the
next majordomos. But rst, there are thousands of cups of atole to serve.
According to Josena García Jiménez, ….

cooking for you is an act of love

contain uppercase and lowercase. Now Petya wants to compare those two strings lexicographically.
Word is case insensitive, that means uppercase letter is considered equivalent to the corresponding
lowercase letter. Help Munni perform the comparison.
Input Format
Each of the first two lines contains a bought string. The strings' lengths range from 1 to 100 inclusive. It
is guaranteed that the strings are of the same length and also consist of uppercase and lowercase
Latin letters.
Output Format
If the first string is less than the second one, print "-1". If the second string is less than the first one,
print "1". If the strings are equal, print "0". Note that the letters' case is not taken into consideration
when the strings are compared.
Sample Input
aaaa
aaaA
Sample Output
0
Sample Input 1

Problem Statement
Raju and kalia bought w kilo muskmelon. They rushed home, dying of thirst, and decided to divide the
berry, however they faced a hard problem.
Raju and kalia are great fans of even numbers, that's why they want to divide the muskmelon in such a
way that each of the two parts weighs even number of kilos, at the same time it is not obligatory that
the parts are equal. The boys are extremely tired and want to start their meal as soon as possible,
that's why you should help them and find out, if they can divide the muskmelon in the way they want.
For sure, each of them should get a part of positive weight.
Input Format
The first (and the only) input line contains integer number w (1 ≤ w ≤ 100) — the weight of the
muskmelon bought by the boys.
Output Format
Print YES, if the boys can divide the muskmelon into two parts, each of them weighing even number of
kilos; and NO in the opposite case.
Sample Input
8
Sample Output
YES
Note
For example, the boys can divide the muskmelon into two parts of 2 and 6 kilos respectively (another
variant — two parts of 4 and 4 kilos).
